    Good insights here, but I'm annoyed by the interviewer constantly saying "right, right, uh-huh" etc. That's an interview no-no. Many years ago I was learning radio production and interview techniques and learned to silently nod my head to encourage the interviewee so the interview was more them than me. Also, mic the interviewee so he's at least as loud as the interviewer!

    Sorry to be nitpicky but this really got in the way. The subject matter was fascinating!
