I've seen the odd messages from "faceintheclouds488". I don't know who is sending these, but the video was addressed to me. I'm concerned because this transmission appears to come from someone who is in trouble and who is trying to contact me and my colleagues. Much of my work is classified, so I can't provide all the details, but I'll reward whoever can find this person. I am especially concerned because the video mentions "operation redshift", which is a biology project I'm not at liberty to discuss.

Since you subscribed to the youtube account from this mysterious individual, I was hoping I could ask for your help. I don't fully understand the "redearth" connection mentioned, but perhaps you might know the person because they also subscribe to that site. Also, there is a coded message in the video. I'm a chemist, not a cryptographer, so I was hoping I could ask your thoughts on its meaning.
