TeddyMacMan match.com password solved
From Inside LG15 blog:
"The password has been solved! The community worked through the weekend trying to hack Ted “Teddymacman” McKinley’s profile on match.com. Early this morning, cittiecait solved the code and found McKinely’s password: pinotnoir1962. "
"It seems McKinley is quite the coffee addict. After getting inside his profile, Michelle28 noticed that McKinley’s private profile is different from his public one: My favorite place to read is Starbucks."

In response to the question "How did you figure out the password was pinotnoir1962?" Cittiecait replied: "i actually think i had tried every other password possible. but the dodgers started playing in the new dodgers stadium in 1962 and his favourite wine was pinot noir... have to admit daniel's gentle nudging kind of helped! lol"
Side Note: In addition to the text about going to every Starbucks in town reported on Inside LG15 blog from TeddyMacMan's private view profile, there are some recent additions to TeddyMacMan's public profile (see link above) on match.com ... It now says "My Aunt Edna is my hero" under who he is, and it says "I grab a coffee every am." under favorite hot spots. ... the word "Edna" was a hint that helped find the Pinot Noir on the Tasca winelist. See the Edna Estates Pinot Noir wine label found by Cittiecait. Also notice that bottle of wine is the only one that sells for exactly $100, and TeddyMac mentioned there were about 100 wines at Tasca on his profile, saying "I have a favorite spot called Tasca. It has nearly 100 wines to choose from." so that may have been the original clue we did not figure out without the additional help from Sarah and the additional text.
apparently teddymacman doesn't know how to spell the name of his favorite movie (it's "groundhog day").
ReplyDeletethere are some other mistakes too. is this an attempt at realism by the creators or an indication that the profile is being used for some sinister purpose instead of just regular matchmaking?
I'm surprised no one changed his match.com profile and had some fun with it.
