BBC's "Top Gear" usually reviews high performance cars on a timed track, but they mix these standard segments with comedic episodes, and put clips of a few on YouTube channel BBCWorldwide . You don't have to be a 'motorhead' to enjoy Top Gear.

If you like this sort of thing, there are currently episodes showing 10 tiny cars playing a giant soccer game (with lots of collisions, of course), and three homemade amphibious vehicles in a race, with the expected soggy results.
