    It's pretty obvious what is going to happen. Flash (the guy in the red suit) is going to start a fire in the wardrobe area and the boss lady is going to get her super-tall hair caught in something, in danger of death by smoke inhalation... then while the blond girl runs out screaming, Sophie will save the boss with a quick snip of scissors, improving her style and handing her a ready-to-drink fresh coffee.

    And the blond will still get the promotion.
