I didn't even watch the video yet.. I'd just torture the f&%$er... I don't think I need to watch the video to know that they didn't and they just shouted at him and asked him to please reveal asinine answers.
ReplyDeleteThey are really naive for a bunch of young adults.
I liked the part where Jonas is asking him how long he has been working for the Order, and Carl still has the tape on his mouth, so it would be kind of hard to answer even if he wanted to.
ReplyDeleteI think they should bring Nikki B. in to interrogate him, maybe make him watch really awful YouTube videos until he cracks. 24 hour rick roll perhaps?
Every time they try to interrogate someone tied to a chair, I always think of the scene from "Ace Ventura: When Nature Calls". Where he has the bad guy tied to a chair and tortures him by scratching a plate with a fork and knife, then pokes his own eyeball.
ReplyDeleteThat would definitely break Carl.

Why don't they just interrogate the 436? We all know that is where the answers lie!
ReplyDeleteThe 436 is not interogatable.
ReplyDeleteWhy don't they just try waterboarding?
ReplyDeleteSince waterboarding isn't considered torture, it is not cruel enough for Carl.
ReplyDeleteI literally snorted with laughter when Jonas started his "interrogation".
ReplyDeleteI try to suspend all logic and reason these days when watching LG15 and just go along for the ride ... but sometimes ...
ReplyDeleteWasn't there a newscast in the show, oh, I don't know, the previous video, saying Carl was a "person of interest" that the police were looking for? How can the TAAG possibly think they can get away with posting video online of Carl tied up in their garage?
I realize this is a fundamental problem with the entire show's premise - the global visiblity to other characters of the videos they post for us to watch - but the fictional construct needs SOME kind of rationale for such things - even if it is a bit of a stretch. I think it tends to disconnect the audience from the drama when the story has these kinds of gaps in logic.
I dunno... maybe officer Lucy will show up and arrest Carl in the next video.
Lucy looks more like a female striper than a Police Officer when wearing the police uniform.
