"Conflict Removal"?

I recieved this email in my inbox today. All I did was ask a few questions.
"Michael,
Sometimes interest can be taken too far. I appreciate the fact that you care deeply about your patients, but your behavior is becoming counterproductive. You have many patients, and becoming too close to any one of them creates a conflict of interest. If this is not remedied, we will have to remove that conflict. We value your service and discretion, and would hate to lose you.
As to your inquiry, I am afraid I have nothing to disclose.
--BC"
So that is it? Stop asking questions, or I'm removed? They have Luna meeting with so many people...I don't know if they're therapists or what, but she's hardly ever in her room when I make my rounds anymore. All I asked what what these therapists were doing, exactly.
I gave her the camera, and bought another cheap one, but how long is it before they find out and stop her from talking with anyone?
I'm sorry, BC, but I'm already close. I'm in neck deep, and I don't plan on pulling out.
I just wonder...removed how?
