HAVE YOU SEEN OUR DAUGHTER? - The Resistance
On May 14th, 2003 our daughter, Margaret Ann Schaeffer was kidnapped. Maggie was a kind, quiet, devout girl, devoted to her faith and her family. She was abducted from our home in Turtle Creek, Pennsylvania by her primary care physician. Both have not been heard from since.
Please, if you have any information about the whereabouts of Maggie, we beg you to contact us at [email protected]

Hmm...it's one thing to fake a corporate website. Nobody gives a shit if someone who doesn't know LG15 finds Verdus or LifesBlood Labs. Nobody cares if Google indexes it.
ReplyDeleteBut this is something different. If "innocent" people find this, they might get concerned. In a worst case scenario, it might create a dynamic on its own.
I don't think it's a good idea to have the website like that. As much as I like such aspects of LG15, I think, in this particular case, the site should carry a mark that makes clear to anyone who doesn't know that it's just play and pretend, and not real.
It doesn't bother me. Anyone who emailed seriously would get a response...and the only people who would be really concerned would be connected to the actress and would know that this was all an act.

It does now - when this was posted, only the black text was shown...lacking any connection to lg15.
ReplyDeleteScroll down so all red text is off screen and you'll see that the design suddenly looks a lot better - simply because that's the original version.
