Anyway! (soooooo...) I've been reading the summaries and ideas about the letter to Arscott and I have some ideas about it - I'm going to post a vid tomorrow with my thoughts! I really feel like being able to SEE who is reading the letter or speaking in the video is going to be a good idea - I'll explain more tomorrow.

It has been a year today since the first post on LG15 Today. From its beginning the blogspot was intended to provide a collaborative platform where people could stay up to date with the latest news and events. It is no accident that the blog began a couple of days after Valentines because it was in part the experience of working on that collaborative project that inspired the creation of LG15 today.

Greetings and salutations, True Believers!

I just wanted to take a moment to thank everyone for their support over these last few months, as this independent project of ours has gotten under way. Since last June, both Jeromy and I have been working almost non-stop, dealing with the challenges of our individual productions and striving to produce the best work possible—regardless of any constraints presented by our non-existent budget.

Currently, I'm a few days out from starting pre-production on the next round of Rachel videos for REDEARTH88. It's even more exciting on the heels of the last five Rachel videos, which have earned over a million views on YouTube. This is an amazing accomplishment, largely made possible by the support of this community and the assistance of the "Red Army." So again, thank you!

Also—and you didn't hear this from me—but the past few days have seen some interesting new developments on the Maddison Atkins YouTube account.

As we move forward, Jeromy and I would also like to take this moment to better define our two series:

REDEARTH88 is still Rachel's story, focusing on her past and and her present, and the variety of situations that she finds herself in as she is...well, "finding herself" in a much greater sense. Of course, as an audience, we're a little more informed than Rachel is about some things, such as the fact that her roommate, Aly Zarin, is actually an undercover secret agent named Tachyon. Tachyon's perspective, along with that of her partner, 10033, occasionally provides additional insight into Rachel's life.

MADDISON ATKINS will dive deeper into a blend between reality and fiction, and—well, I don't want to say too much about it, because Jeromy would kill me. All I can say is that I'm excited to see the shape it's taking! Hopefully, you are as well.

Even though we are branding these series separately, keep in mind that they still live in the same "shared" universe. However, you do not need to follow one series to appreciate or understand the other, but fans of both will continue to find greater understanding and a larger story within their collected continuity and crossovers.

This video was incorrectly uploaded to YouTube as "Midnight Message", and was set to private repeatedly, sparking speculation that it was intentional, due to being numbered as 436 on lonelygirl15.com.

Update - Wow, what a morning. We uploaded the video and it had major problems within the YouTube system. So we pulled it down and uploaded the same file. However, the new video got flagged as violating copyright infringement - our OWN copyright. How ironic. Anyway, we are waiting on someone at YouTube to try and release the video so we can get it live. I’ll keep you updated.
I am now officially scared of 436!!!!! Joe, this is all your fault :)

Emma doesn't strike me as the type to just give out a phone number. It feels too straight forward. After the cookie fiasco - where she basically gave The Order her address - I don't think she'd make the same mistake. I think we should keep trying to spell something. I dunno, that's just my opinion

Not much is known at this point, except that the story seems to be told from the point of view of an agent involved in overturning (or perhaps helping) The Order.

This video shows that Gina is good at wood-working as she made the bench by hand. She used a hammer, nails, and some pine planking to build the bench, then stained it black using a rag.

This is the second episode that Jonas does not appear in, even though most of the other main characters do.
It would appear that Daniel and Sarah spent the night together, since both complained about the others snoring.

The Boggle game appears to have been staged because the cubes are all right side up, except for the Ws, which are up-side-down.

It is speculated that the Boggle letters may have been set up by Emma and Jennie as a message to Emma's parents. The layout is:

On Glenn's radio show he announced details on how to get your RedEarth88 "End Tags" if you participated in the Red Army promotion as previously specified.



What you need to provide in order to receive your "end tag":

Send an e-mail:

Subject : end tag

Include your YouTube user name to verify your participation in the Red Army (or an alternate YouTube user name).

Include what you would like said in the "end tag" (do not write a novel:)

For those people who have consistently contributed to more than just the last video they will get "alternate end tags".

It is 10 years since Glenn made the original version of the "Tachyon Theme". For the theme he used the same components as the original song. He loves to do different mixes of it. In the RedEarth88 version Glenn changed the instrumentation.

Glenn talked about " Whitest Kids U Know". He thought the promo looked like "Kids In The Hall". It is not as funny, but it has definate potential.

On of the people Glenn started Headboard with Jeff Gerstmann turned Glenn onto "Kids In the Hall and contributed to Glenn leaving high school at 16 and gettting his proficiency.

Glenn did some sketch comedy on local access.

When Jeff got fired from Gamespot he called Glenn.

Alex Novarro, another Gamespot person who recently quit was a drummer with Headboard.

From the Headboard web site:

"Headboard was formed in December of 1995 in Petaluma, CA. The group originated as a rap duo, consisting of Glenn Rubenstein and Jeff Gerstmann. Rubenstein assumed the rap name "G-man," derived from his early 1990s BBS handle. Gerstmann went by the moniker "US Pipe," after a sign he had passed weekly on the 880 freeway when he worked temporarily transporting reels of film for a Bay Area cinema chain. The two were joined on-stage by Brendan Ducousso, who went by "Gotti," and served as an anti "hype man" who commented on what the duo rapped about. Ducousso also contributed to the between song banter."

"In late 2001, Rubenstein toyed with working on a new musical project, but instead chose to collaborate with two of his previous Headboard bandmates, Josh Gooch and Alex Navarro. The trio auditioned dozens of applicants before deciding on three new female members to help re-shape Headboard's sound and extensive song catalog: Josh's sister, Sarah Gooch, joined on bass, and violinist/keyboard player Averil Bach shared female vocal duties with Crystal Rosenbaum."

Glenn is really proud of Yousefs performance in "Drinking Problems" Glenn teared up watching it. It was originally written to be a little more sarcastic by Glenn really liked the performance. It was an important step in the evolution of the character.

The rules for RedEarth88 and Maddison Atlkins are a little different because of the "ARG" nature of Maddison. With RedEarth88 and Maddison Atkins you have 2 stories taking place within the same universe. From the standpoint of marketing etc it is easier to talk about 2 series with a shared continuity. Maddison is Jeromy's production and RedEarth88 is Glenn's.

Deagol asked if " the Coalition" is in the same universe. This is still being discussed. The Coalition is not canon to RedEarth88. Even with RedEarth88 and Maddison Atkins it takes a lot of work to coordinate things.

Look at New Mutants and X-men which had a fair amount of overlap as a compartion to RedEarth88 and Maddison Atkins. Jeromy and Glenn have never met in person.

Glenn apologized to Zoey for the extra work the reorganization will create on LGPedia.

OpAphid received a ton of messages from LordGreystoke (LGS). Watch the videos. They are awesome but perhaps not for the right reasons. In the official chat the dude was "bad ass". LGS was giving TAAG hard core advice. He was motivated and had a realistic plan.

Glenn thought the "bounty hunter' should "kill" LGS in a "cross over video" but the idea was shot down. Miles speculated that LGS might really be "crazy".

Glenn finds it interesting how people express themselves.

Something good to watch online, Kyle XY, is now far into it's second season.

Upstaged is a brand new BBC entertainment event open to anyone across the country who thinks they’re worth watching. In short, it’s like having your own studio where you can broadcast what you want to the nation live on the internet.

The daily fate of the Contenders will lie with the online community. The Members will decide which acts make it through by watching their audition videos and voting for who they would like to see. The Contenders with the highest votes will go head-to-head on two specially built glass stages in the middle of Millennium Square, Bristol – of course. Here, they will try to entertain the nation for 6 hours straight. Their attempts will be streamed online and filmed for a BBC Three highlights show.

After scrutinising their performance, the public will vote for their favourite act and the winner will stay on. The Champion will perform again the next day with a new Challenger brought forward to try and upstage them. The rivalry all comes to an end on the 30th March with the overall Champion winning something rather tasty.

Current reigning champions of two days, the YouStage Vloggers, consist of ten vloggers who only met on Monday. They are Myles (Blade376), Alex (nerimon), Dave (Musicfromblueskies), Matt (MetallicaMatt), Ben (BenLoka), Davey (Daveyboyz), Daniel (DMcLean1989), Elen (els666), Elise (eliseharris), and Matt (Smivadee).
