My 5-10 minute "make tea and talk" break while studying...all part of the self-inflicted program. ( I sound like such a martyr!)I open a dialogue with my camera about life and some very vague issues I'm facing which I hesitate to specify about.

Glenn is doing the radio show from bed. If Robert Evans can do it, why not Glenn. He has not slept in 2 days and that was only for 2hrs. He just wanted to make sure he got to bed after the radio show because he has stuff to do in the morning.
When he was working on the 5 part puzzles for OpAphid he would mess around in After Effects. He could spend 4 hours just key framing to generate new effects. Many were never released. In part 4 you had the virtual blood spreading on the lens. It was a process of creative discovery.
Human Ransom was 3 days in a row with no sleep.
Stages of sleep deprivation:
11 pm. You start to get tired
1 am. It gets late
3 am. You think you can finish it
5 am. You hit this weird peak. It is a productivity high but you are delirious
7 am. It is morning and you are still here
9 am. Breakfast time
11 am. You should take a break
1 pm. How is this not done? If you go to sleep it will mess up your schedule
3 pm. Please let it get to be 9pm so you can get to sleep
9 pm. Why am i still here? In a weird state of acceptance of exhaustion
1 am. Can't wait to get to sleep
3 am. Am i a zombie?
5 am. I need to go to bed right now before i die......or ... i can make it another day
7 am. This was a terrible idea
Sometime between day 1 and day 3 it all goes to hell, so do not do this.... get your sleep!!!!
