LG15: The Show is Yours: The Misfits WINS!

LG15: The Misfits has been chosen as the featured show for LG15: The Show Is Yours. The runner up, LG15: The Misfits, will also be included in the first season of LG15: The Show Is Yours.     The Misfits pilot was the best of all. Other pilots were good too, but this one had the best quality. I'm really excited and I can't wait until it starts.

    And TheLast was one of my favorites also, so I'm also happy they won the runner up.

    Win or loose we hope that all the series will continue with their stories. The community has always been about making videos and telling stories. It is great that some of the stories will become canon but it is important that we do not loose our roots...... CIW to cite just one example.

    I'm incredibly not disappointed!

    honestly, there really was no contest over which was the best entry. but i am also very glad they created a runner up status, and i thought The Last was a very strong entry.

    I think the Misfits was a great entry, and we haven't seen what the treatments look like so we can only judge to a certain extent. Professionalism and video quality were unsurpassed.

    But by picking the Last as well they picked something different and from an unknown. Really, they did what was both fair and best for the community.

    As I've said, I hope the other series continue. LG15 isn't just a show, it's a community of creative and unique videos who were brought together by a show. From that show there have been a lot of projects, the Coalition, Redearth, Lonelyjew, Lonefox, the Flock, etc etc etc created. That's one of the most important and unique elements our community.

    Agreed vv.

    I don't think it is restricted to the LG15 Universe either as you point out. Creativity knows no boundaries and it is nice to see show producers try to create their own mythology and their own universe as well as those who like to play with the LG15 mythology.

    The Breeniverse as a community certainly has become very diverse and full of interesting indie as well as derivative shows. May it long continue.
