Agora Group report for the fourth quarter of 2008

Operating EBITDA of the Group stood at PLN 182.2 million (down 21%), while its operating EBITDA margin reached 14.3%. Group's net profit attributable to the equity holders of the parent entity amounted to PLN 23.4 million.

Polish media group Agora AGOD.WA reported a fourth-quarter
net loss of 31 million zlotys ($8.1 million), more than twice
the expected shortfall, due to gloomy newspaper advertising
market and one-offs, it said on Thursday.
