Interesting to see it there when HG is not part of the LG15 (show not corporate) universe? I expected that The Last would be featured there, at least the first episode as yesterday was The Last's big day. Until 3 hours after it launched, everyone got redirected to HG's site.
ReplyDeleteI don't know, I just think The Last should have had a whole day of support. *shrugs* It was like bait and switch. Nothing against HG, it does look pretty f**in awesome. Just the timing I guess.
It looked like Eqal was going to fully support LG15: The Last. However, it was rather surprising that they did not give them their day of glory. Why did the release of HG need to steal its thunder. Yes there is big money behind HG and Eqal has everything riding on it, but it would have been nice to see LG15: The Last get off the ground before drawing the audience over to a new site with new features. Would one day really have made such a difference?
ReplyDeleteThe new site has 141 members (at last count) and the vast majority are people Eqal drew away from LG15.com right when The Last was getting off the ground.
I doubt this was an intentional slight of the last. Originally (before all the mix-ups) TSIY was suppose to premiere before Harper's Globe. So the change-up probably changed plans. I have a feeling a lot of things for Harper's Globe were already planned.
