A quick search of youtube leads to to an australian account in which a person by the name of Andrew Strouthos appears to have participated in the project.

Droplet - tommyjudd

Droplet is a short film about a teenager (played by Andrew Strouthos) who is introduced to ice (crystal meth) by a friend and becomes addicted to it. Soon it starts affecting his relationships and his behaviour.

Droplet is my second short film (Rememb... was the first) and was a Top 10 finalist in the PlayNowActNow film competition (http://www.playnowactnow.net.au). The main team consisted of myself, Chris Allen and Andrew Strouthos.

It would have been a lot longer than 5 minutes, but the competition required that it be under 5 minutes in length.
