Im confused, the embed doesnt work, and harpersglobe.com doesnt have any videos or anything for that matter, just an emailing thingy ?
ReplyDeleteIt might be a location thing Hayley. Not sure though.
ReplyDeleteits a CBS embed, it could well be limited to U.S. audiences.
ReplyDeleteI really like the Harper's site! There's quite a few features (private messaging, formatting of forum posts, ability to easily edit your mask information) that was missing from lg15.com. So far, things look really good.
ReplyDeleteA good note - if you have a lg15.com account, sign in using the same e-mail and password. You'll still be asked the first time if you want to use a mask or your real identity (since this is a separate site and requires a new profile). So don't be surprised if it says your e-mail address is already registered.
I love Melanie. I'm so excited to see her again.
ReplyDeleteit says the video has expired, and the harpersglobe.com redirects to eqal.com/harpers-globe/ with an email sign up to recieve updates. Has anyone put the vid on youtube? Saying that, they will prob block the country too. *sigh* At least i got The Last to watch.
ReplyDeleteYou can access it via proxy or VPN.
ReplyDeleteBut when it comes to the editing the mask bit it doesn't seem to work.
It is restricted to USA/Canada only.
It's now on youtube, you could maybe watch it there on the Harpers Globe channel
ReplyDeleteMaybe?
CBS and Eqal, Inc are blocking it outside the USA and Canada. This is a problem with old fashioned and antiquated business models in the global information age:

"This website is intended for viewing solely in the United States and Canada. This website may contain adult content."
WHERES MY ADULT CONTENT!
ReplyDelete...does that mean the site will be age limited as well as regionally limited?
ReplyDeleteThis video worked in Japan, which was a pleasant surprise.
ReplyDeleteMental note, never watch Harper's Globe videos in the dark.
