My friend, Kelly Seaver, is dead…

I found her hanging in her house.

It just doesn't make any sense. I mean, we've dealt with an attempt like this before, especially in the last seven years since what happened to her mom -- and since she said she started seeing him. Everywhere. In the dark, in the light, in the shadows watching her. Kelly was convinced he'd find a way to come back for her... I feel like at some point she wanted him to. But not now. Not recently. She was away from Shane. She wasn't tatting her body with odes to John Wakefield or pictures of her mother's hanging. She was happy. Or at least I thought.

I hate to say this, but maybe she killed herself so he couldn't… Or… I can’t believe I’m even thinking this but… but maybe… forget it… it couldn’t be…
