Harpersglobe.com will stay up for an indefinite amount of time.
From the live chat with Jason.
HG will stay up for an indefinite amount of time. You may see SOME content updates now and again, but nothing is set in stone. It's all up to CBS

I doubt they will keep the site up for long if people don't go to it.

Hmmm?
Well we don't want to link HG with 436. It might lead to HG not existing. Saying the HG will stay up indefinitely is like saying that we don't know how long it will stay up. But once it does go down then we will know. It's a place holder for an answer to a question. The answer does not exist yet, but one day will.
Now we can't say 436 will last forever, it would have to exist in the first place to associate even a vague time line to an existence that doesn't exist. However, not only does 436 not exist, it has never existed not will it ever exist. It has and always will not exist. Even if time ended, if such a thing were possible. 436 would still not exist.
So while an indefinite answer may one day have a definite answer a 436 answer will not.
Now I know what you are thinking. There have been situations in the past where things have been encompassed by the 436, ceased to exits and then somehow came back to existence. But this is not the same situation. What we are talking about here is an answer that not only does not exist but has never existed nor will ever exist.
I hope I have cleared thing up.
