    Presently I am looking into this to see if BreeFM is big enough to be counted as small.

    When I say big enough to be counted as small, I mean there are "small" stations with 300 plus listeners. SO I am looking into if a station with a 25 listener capacity would be exempt under current licensing. Just wanted to clear that up, lol.
