EQAL Umbrella: Crash and burn vs 436?

Earlier today EQAL Umbrella appears to have suffered from a system wide crash. Or, was it the work of the 436?

    Funny how that happened right after a bunch of issues and the idea of counters were brought up again...after weeks of not even as much as a word.

    So...it's back. Does anyone know what changed?

    I see nothing obvious on LG15, but since they all went down, I guess it was a backend/Umbrella patch.
    Which, of course, would at least answer the question of whether LG15 runs independently.
