Web Series Writers: Mass. Studio Offering Up $10k For Script
Massachusetts-based web studio OurTVSpace is offering up $10,000 to a writer (or writing team) to develop a full 20-episode original web series as part of their New Media Fellow program. Entries for the program are being accepted through August 15th.

I'd been working all day, I filmed a video and set up a war nook with notes about your situation and I've come to a conclusion. We're missing a clue. I believe it was tied to the pigeon with the red string and that it is very much gone now.

My name is Dorothy Connor and I live in a small town on the west coast of Canada called Cypres Cove. It's an extremely small and strange town, I would compare it to Salem or somthing of the like, but creepier. The rules here are-- different-- to say the least. It's almost like living in a bubble, one that you aren't allowed to leave-- ever.
There is a schoolhouse down the road, but I am homeschooled. My mother tries to keep me in the house as much as possible. I think that she wants to keep me away from the Hecas, as I like to call them, the crazy witch ladies. The Hecas are a strange cult in my town that recruits young girls and boys into it... I don't know much about it, but they kids I've met that are a part of recite passages in a funny sounding language.
Someone is knocking on my door, so I must be off...

Pigeons:
- 5 Pigeons were delivered in a cage, in a cardboard box on Maddisons doorstep
- Zip ties on at least some of them. At least one has them on both legs, the one with the red string has a zip tie on the right leg as well (how many? which legs?)
- One pigeon had a red string around it's right leg, which Adam cut off
- 4 or 5 dozen pigeons got delivered at the vet at June 1st

This week: The Last Link Fix v15 by Renegade.
Major changes:
- Added Smiley/BBCode selection box
- Added ability to permanently switch to either the The Last or The Resistance theme
Minor changes:
- Removed superfluous "(LG15: The Last)" in episode titles
- Added automatic image resizing on the boards
- Fixed videos overlaying user profile/navigation bar problem
- Replaced dashboard-image with a The Last-themed one
- Centered The Last's wide videos

While this version has been extensively tested to ensure it works, part of the way to it was extensive refactoring of the underlying code - as of the time of this writing, no bugs are known, but if you find something weird happening, please mention it in the comments below or in the script discussion section.

As v14 before it, v15 comes with additional urls for the exclusion list. Unfortunately, the exclusion list is usually not updated when the script is simply overwritten. There are two possible ways to update it:
- Simply uninstall the old version beforehand (right-click on the monkey -> manage user scripts -> select the script in the list to the left -> click "uninstall" at the bottom) and then install the new version.
- Or, alternatively, update the list yourself: Right-click on the monkey -> manage user scripts -> select the script in the list to the left; in the right half (you may have to resize the window), click the lower "Add" button, and add any of the following urls that are missing in your list:

Note
I have finally entered the script into the Greasemonkey script database at userscripts.org. I have also turned the version number of the script at the bottom of each page into a link to the script's profile - that way, you can always check right there whether there was a recent update to the script, and post all issues at one central point.
Should Greasemonkey not offer to overwrite the old version due to the changed filename, simply uninstall the older version.

Installation:
For those new to it, here's a repetition of the installation steps:
- If you're among the few not using Firefox 3 yet, you can get it here.
- Install Greasemonkey from here.
- Install the Link Fix from here.
Should Greasemonkey not step in and ask to install the file, in Firefox's File menu, click Open File (hotkey Ctrl+O), browse to where you saved the file, and open it. You should see some code and a bar should appear, allowing you to install the script.
If you're running Safari, modelmotion has found this solution which allows you to run the script in Safari - according to the bot, it's running just fine!
You can deactivate the script at any time (right-click the monkey in the lower right corner, uncheck the Link Fix), deinstall the script, or deinstall Greasemonkey. In all three cases, the site will be back to normal as soon as you refresh.

Hey guys! First off, thanks so much for voting for me to continue on to another week on the moviemob. It's been great fun so far, but I can only continue on if you keep voting! For as long as I remain on the show I'll write a little blog here telling you about my experience doing what I've been doing - seeing movies and talking about them!
So I saw Imagine That. I guess you probably can "imagine" what kind of movie it is. Sorry for the pun. And yeah it's a simple family comedy which is all Eddie Murphy seems to do lately. But ya know what? I actually left the theatre feeling pretty good about life! haha. The overall message from the film is that family is the most important thing! More than money and job, and all that. So beyond the kid jokes and the all too familiar cliche plotline, I actually got something out of this movie that I wasn't expecting! It made Maxwell smile. hehe. And hey with an Eddie Murphy family comedy, what more can you get out of it but a smile and a warm fuzzy feeling inside.
Oh and btw, Yara Shahidi, the girl who plays Eddie Murphy's daughter is absolutely adorable. She's gonna be a star. She's a good little actor. Makes it look so easy which is what my acting teacher has been saying. If kids can do it, why is it so hard for us! Forget being 17 Again, (sorry for the Zac Efron movie mention), I'd wanna be 7 again.
