got another message from adam....
I dunno if your actions speak for themselves. Really, I'm not sure what to think.
You totally seem nice, and although the big montage video was super cool, I think the individual videos resonated with me more. I'm not sure why though. Maybe it's because it made me actually want to contact a few of you individually.
Maddison even wanted to individual responses to you guys, but I just acted like I didn't hear her.
This is a hard thing to navigate though... for both of us. Assuming you are legit, I come across as an ass. Assuming I'm right and that you guys are .. I dunno.. up to something, then I'm being smrt.
If we were all good friends, then this wouldn't be an issue.

If indeed there is no new LG15 series for a while, then perhaps the history books will say that LG15: The Resistance killed the golden goose.

So why is The Last fresh and different, while The Resistance was dull and plodding? In other words, how have the amateurs trumped the pros that created the series?
http://theweband1.blogspot.com/2009/06/lg15-last-episodes-1-33.html
You might have expected that outsiders working on the LG15 brand might have been afraid to break with established tradition for fear that they might be seen as ruining the long-established style of the series. But I'm glad they did it.

Hey everyone,
I know we just did this, but it looks like we need to make another community video. Adam still doesn't trust us, and we need to convince him we are on his side and that we aren't behind these creepy messages! Maddison is going to be freaking out enough when she gets home and sees what we found, if she suspects us too we will never be able to help. SO what I need from you is this, a video clip of you giving your reason for why you want to help maddison and adam and one good reason why you arent behind this. It doesnt have to be super serious or super funny, it just has to be from the heart. Your reasons can be anything, from I like you because we have the same haircut and i'm much too afraid of lakes to place that letter! to I watched your videos and you seem so cool I dont want anything to happen to you and I cant be behind it because I have had a cold all week and havent left my house. ANYTHING as long as it is from the heart. I need it as soon as you can get it to me @ [email protected]. You dont have to edit it, you dont have to have it in a certain format, and if you cant send me a video send me a picture and a message! I will take whatever i can get and put it in the video. PLEASE help me out you guys, we need adam and maddison to trust us!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!!

The OzGirl, season finale live event kicked off with a familiar occurrence for LG15 fans, the site crashed. The official explanation is that Ning decided to do network-wide maintenance just as the event was about to start; however, unconfirmed sources have indicated the presence of 436 in the area. Nevertheless, after a furious round of twittering, most of the audience was rounded up and herded to the UStream site. Nicholas, Shanrah, and Sophie were joined by Nicola Collie, who played Lisa, Richard Askin, who played George, and a rather large Scotsman named, Shaun, who claimed to be a cinematographer, but personally I think he was just there to add another accent to the mix.
After a live airing of the final episode, the cast and crew fielded questions, and a few marriage proposals, from the audience. Some of the more interesting factoids to come from the chat were that Sophie is an amazing singer who studied African music, Lisa thinks Kiwis (New Zealanders) are the friendliest people, and Richard looks likes Toby McGuire. Some of the more substantive information to come from the finale chat was the fact that much of the dialog was improvised, including the infamous bucket speech, there are plans for a season two of OzGirl, and Shanrah will be starring in a spinoff series, produced by the one-and-only Jenni Powell. Lastly, season one DVD’s will be going on sale soon, several copies were given away during the chat, and will contain numerous deleted scenes and special features. Truly, it is astonishing that with limited resources and so little time they are able to put out a DVD. They also have t-shirts.
Lastly, while we here at LG15 Today strive to maintain a certain level of snark, it is the Internet after all, and there is a quota, I have to say how genuinely impressed I was with the cast and crew. These individuals, barely into their 20’s, Nicholas is only 19, managed to produce a professional and engaging series with no budget and no outside funding. More importantly, one cannot help but get the sense that they genuinely appreciate their fans. One of the more striking moments came at the end of the evening when Shanrah Wakefield began thanking individual fans from memory. This level of interaction, this symbiotic relationship as Apo put it, is what makes web series unique, this is why we stay up to 4:30 in the morning to watch them, and why individuals like the cast and crew of OzGirl make the series. Nicholas, Sophie, Shanrah, and the rest of the cast and crew should be proud of what they accomplished and deserve a great deal of credit for pulling off such a difficult feat.

Good news everybody! I have talked to Patrick and we are a GO for the drop. Our runner will be a girl named Jenn, she has a camera and knows the area! Patrick has confirmed with her and she is excited to help us out! Patrick will be the handler during the drop and I will be the anchor. I do have some bad news though, unfortunately due to weather conditions today the pickup wont be able to happen until tomorrow morning, the tentative time as of right now is about 8 am pacific. We need to work on narrowing down the drop area, from what I understand union road 507 is a big area. Jenn has been instructed to photograph the area, the drop site and the drop itself before and after moving anything. When she picks up the drop she will take it to a safe location and photograph the item from all angles before opening as well as giving a description to Patrick as it happens. After the item has been opened she will send either Patrick or I any info gained from the item as well as photo documentation. We can decide then what we would like her to do with said item. That is all the info I have for now so lets get to work on trying to narrow down that location a bit!

Awesome! Right now it's a dead drop. We have the right area but it looks like the last part of the location wont make sense until you get there. The following article contains OzGirl spoilers through the most recent episode.
The story begins with Sadie Brown, a buxom but naïve country girl making the move to the big city to pursue her dream of being a photographer. Prior to the big move, she meets a documentary group online, who decides to film her transition. (This serves as a clever way of explaining the cameras following her.) She moves in with her cousin, Megan, a former child star who volunteers to be Sadie’s guide to big city life. She quickly meets George an amiable barista who offers her a job and the two have instant chemistry. Unfortunately, the shy Sadie does not make her feelings known and when she invites George to a party, the eagle-eyed Megan spies the strapping young pump jockey and well what Megan wants, Megan gets… while Sadie watches.
A few days later, while serving up hot coffee and Tim Tams, Sadie is spotted by coffee house regular Tony, a douche of such epic proportions that even Spencer Pratt could rightfully look his nose down at him. Greasy Tony begins to hit on our lovely but lonely lass and in a clear sign of her naïveté, she agrees to go on a date with him to the drag races. Unfortunately, Tony’s idea of when the date should end differed from Sadie’s, and the scumbag from down under forced himself upon her. Fortunately, she was able to free herself from his greasy clutches. Traumatized by the experience, Sadie takes a break from the documentary while the camera men who were with her, look for another job.
When Sadie returns, we find that George has planned a surprise camping trip for Megan and slyly invites Sadie along. Sadie, the country girl, fairs much better then Megan, the mall rat, and Megan’s competitive streak and jealousy begin to surface, culminating with her throwing Sadie out of the house and into the waiting and eager arms of George. Megan is not happy! She confronts the two, throws a righteous fit, and storms off, probably contemplating how to boil his bunny.
This is a transitional point for Sadie, her eccentric friend Lisa comes to visit and the two decide to get an apartment together. Also, free of the clutches of Megan, George asks Sadie out on a proper date. Furthermore, during this time, Lisa and Sadie meet a gallery owner, Patrick, who is instantly stricken with the sparkling Sadie and desires for her to exhibit one of her photographs in his gallery. Days before showing her piece to the world, in a shocking twist, Megan appears on her doorstep asking to move in with Lisa and Sadie. It turns out that a bad economy even affects former child stars, and their parents who are footing the bill, so we learn Megan is broke and has no where else to turn.
At the exhibit, all is going well, until scumbag Tony makes a surprise appearance. George rushes to intercept him, but instead pauses to examine the floor tiles. The dashing young gallery owner intercedes and removes the rapscallion, while a starry-eyed Sadie looks on. It is at this moment that Sadie’s long lost mother appears, and over coffee the next day lays out her sob story before stating that she is moving to Spain and wishes for Sadie to accompany her.
Catch up on all of the discussion at Anchor Cove, including behind the scenes comments from the cast and crew. The season finale is this Thursday, one will not want to miss what happens next.

I think the running theory in IRC now is that there could be a drop at Standing Bear Lake. Correct me if I'm wrong, but here seems to be the summed up theory:
hold your breath - its gonna smell
close the lid - something on the outside of a garbage can?
reach - reach for it
i am a man
the same god made us both - quote about Standing Bear
my water ... my waves ... ?
pocket john ... rocket logo ... ?
five zero seven - my water pocket join 507 - standing bear lake at Union 507
Sooo... anyone know anyone in Omaha?

Shanrah Wakefield is a self-described new media enthusiast and internet geek, despite being far too attractive for such pedestrian titles. She grew up in the country before moving to the metropolis of Melbourne when she was 17, which, I must say, would make an interesting plot for a web series. Since then she has traveled the world, acted in several films, and enjoyed many fruity umbrella drinks.
Shanrah is a 2008 graduate of Monash University, earning double degrees in law and art. Also, in 2008 Shanrah starred in the short film, Rock Shop, directed by future OzGirl creator, Nicholas Carlton. In addition, to her artistic endeavors, she is a passionate human rights advocate and volunteer having visited some of the more remote global hotspots. Shanrah has traveled extensively, visiting such exotic and dangerous places as Cairo, the West Bank, Jordan, Syria, and perhaps most frightening, Los Angeles, where she lived for a time while studying at the Lee Strasburg Theater and Film Institute.
On OzGirl, Shanrah Wakefield plays the self-described narcissistic bitch, Megan. A former child star, Megan is accustomed to the finer things in life, which apparently includes ginormous designer sunglasses. Megan serves initially as Sophie’s guide to the big city, before her own self-destructive tendencies and jealousy sabotage their relationship. Shanrah, also, recently entered the Rocketboom, host contest, and has a couple of new web series projects in various stages of development.
