James Rolfe has a passion for monster movies. In fact that is putting it mildly. With his big Monster Madness series coming in October he gets us geared up for it with a tribute to the books that attracted him to the genre in the first place. This is a loving piece that gives us a taste of what a young filmmaker did to find inspiration before the internet age. It's a fun little piece and well worth checking out.
