President Allison Nailer greets citizens at the first annual Burbank Barbecue in an attempt to mend a neighborhood torn apart by recent tragedy and scandal. Unbeknownst to the happy barbecue goers, Ronie Alschmeida (former NWU agent) has fallen victim to a terrorist attack, inadvertently bringing Stack Power out of hiding.
