- Being good is all about appreciating and interacting with not only your own show "audience", but other shows and vloggers that you enjoy. Web series grew out of the Youtube "experience" and hence being social is in their DNA.
If you are making a series, your team should be prepared to spend 20hrs of "social marketing" for every minute of video produced. Yes, that is a huge amount of time, but in reality that is what it takes to build an "audience" and more importantly a community around your series.

"Good" is subjective at best and a copout at worst for shows that simply don't resonate with an audience. If you are able to find a fanbase who enjoys your stuff and you are able to deliver on what you promise to said fanbase, then your show is good, period. If you can't then your show is not good, period.
