Didn't they try this with Youtubers a year or so ago and fail? If they can't get it done with heavyweights who can actually drive traffic, how is this going to end?

ReplyDeleteAlso at what point does a platform give up its safe harbor status under the DMCA. The more you become involved in production the more you are likely to get held liable for any copyright infringements.....and that might apply not just to the content you are involved in producing if u loose safe harbor status.
