Side note: I feel a little embarrassed that it took us 16 episodes to finally pass the bechdel test (where our characters don’t talk about men), but given the source material, it was no easy feat.

    I get his claim that he wanted to update the storuy but Lizzie constantly calling her sister "a slut" is just bad taste and looks like shock value at best or a distain for women at worst.
