Introducing Broken At Love - A New Web Series

Brown-Eyed Girl Productions, launched its new series Broken At Love on August 23, 2012 with an Invite-Only Party at the trendy sports bar The Parlor, Hollywood.  While Episode #1 premiered by playing on all the television screens at The Parlor, it also premiered online on the show's official youtube channel.  

Broken At Love is my brainchild.  My name is Karolina Sivas; I'm a graduate of the University of Southern California's School of Dramatic Arts, an actress, writer, producer, director, tennis fan, and animal rights activist.  Broken At Love takes a lot from my very own life, including my interest, knowledge, and first hand spectator experience of professional tennis.  Using professional tennis as the backbone, the heart of Broken At Love is it's love story.  Broken At Love is centered around college senior Vivienne "Vivie" Tayor, who gets the rare opportunity to meet her celebrity crush, professional tennis player Holden Gregory, and her life is turned upside down as a result.  What begins as Vivie's crush soon evolves into much more, with friends and competing love interests further complicating things along the way.

The series stars myself - Karolina Sivas as idealistic college senior Vivienne "Vivie" Taylor, actor/model Rob Healy as the charming professional tennis player Holden Gregory, accomplished TV actress Pamela Bowen as Vivie's loving and supportive mom Ava Taylor, fellow USC School of Dramatic Arts Graduates Joanna Tiwald as Vivie's tell-it-like-it-is older sister Deana (pronounced Dina) Taylor and Amber Smith as Vivie's best friend Audrey, UCLA School of Theater, Film, and Television Graduate Carly Reeves, as Vivie's boy crazy roommate Olivia,  University of Southern California's School of Dramatic Arts BFA Graduate Patrick Morgan and Groundlings Actor Bobby Quinn Rice as rugby players Noah and Darin. 

Also guest starring appearances by Abercrombie and Fitch Model Charlie Scheerer as surfer Tristan Ashby, actor/model Tony Brown as Holden's best friend Oliver, USTA tennis player Francesco Dandekar as Holden's Hitting Partner Easton, Roderick Buycks Jr as Holden's Physical Trainer Roy, and many, many more. 

Since the launch, both Episodes 1 & 2 are available to view.  

Episode #1 - "Dear Mr. Holden Gregory"

Episode #1 Synopsis: When idealistic college senior Vivienne "Vivie" Taylor has to come up with a concept for her student film project, she decides to take a swing at an overly ambitious idea.

Episode #2 - "First Round" 
Episode #2 Synopsis: When Vivienne "Vivie" Taylor gets to meet professional tennis player Holden Gregory, it takes a little warming up to get her into the game.
