In general it is better to post episodes one at a time. This not only gives you more opportunities to add supplementary material that can draw interest (screen shots etc) but it also makes it easier for readers who may miss one post or not have time to watch multiple eps at one time. Blogger has a nice schedule feature that will allow you to post one episode per day for example.
