Become a blog "author" on Web Series Today

We have recently updated the Web Series Today blog "author" list so we have a limited number of openings that can be filled by any community member. We have also processed all incoming requests so if you have applied to become an "author" you should have 2 e-mails in your in-box (if not check your spam/junk mail folder).

If for some reason you have previously applied to become an "author" and did not receive an invite then please send in a new request as soon as possible.

What is a blog "author". 
A blog author is a person who has requested and been granted the ability to make posts on the Web Series Today blog. From that point on the "author" is responsible for their own posts and is expected to post content relevant to Web series on a regular basis.

Who can become a blog author? 
Any community member with an interest in Web series can become an author. You do not have to produce a Web series, or be part of the production of one, to participate. We encourage anyone with an interest in Web series to participate and help the community stay up to date with what is going on in the World of Web series.

What can you post on Web Series today? 
An "author" can post anything related to Web series; including scripted narrative Web series, Web shows, Web news, transmedia etc. All that is required is that it is related to serialized content on the Web. You do not have to be involved in the production of a Web series to post one. We ask all "authors" to contribute to the mission of Web Series Today which is to keep the Web series community up to date with what is going on in the World of Web series.
