Gigaom aka NewTeeVee to cease operations.

Web tech blog @Gigaom announced yesterday that after being unable to meet their payments to creditors, they will be ceasing operations. You can read their statement here:

This site began under the name NewTeeVee and at the time specialized in covering the web series space. By around 2010 they changed their name and their focus to tech related news.

It is not known if Gigaom's creditors will continue the publication with new management or will just shut it down entirely.
