For a video to be high quality on YouTube, it must be 480x360 or larger and greater than 600fps ... sometimes YouTube will not recognize a .wmv file as a high quality video due to variable frame rates (i.e. especially if it is a slide show type of video) ... even though no High Quality button shows up under the video on the YouTube page, it can be viewed in HQ by adding &fmt=6 or &fmt=18 to the URL.

Note that to change the size of the embedded player, height = (3/4 x width) + 25 pixels
